All aboard! 75 years ago, on on May 7, 1950, the Lilly Belle took her first ride along the backyard rails of Walt Disney’s Carolwood home. This journey marked the beginning of the Carolwood Pacific Railroad. The smiles, laughter, and excitement shared by Walt and all those who came to ride the trains would inspire and shape the Disney legacy for generations to come. Considered to be the birthplace of imagineering, we are proud to continue the preservation of Walt Disney’s Carolwood Barn to this day. (fb)
