We are a medical, dental, and behavioral health and human service agency serving North Minneapolis. The mission of NorthPoint is “Partnering to create a healthier community." NorthPoint seeks to reduce health disparities, improve health outcomes, and enhance the overall quality of life for all residents of North Minneapolis and surrounding areas by providing high quality medical, dental and mental health care, including integrated social services, with respect, dignity and sensitivity to a culturally rich and ethnically diverse community.

Tons of fresh fruits, vegetables, and community resources will be set up on each date, all summer long - rain or shine! Everyone in the community is welcome at this event.
