Empire One Running Club Welcome THE EMPIRE ONE RUNNING CLUB INC. a nonprofit organization founded in 1980 is a member of the ROAD RUNNERS CLUB OF AMERICA 841 and USATRACKFIELD 158. We welcome anyone who is interested in recreational or competitive running. We value each member of our club equally and we strive to offer each member regardless of ability a meaningful running experience.
