The primary mission of Desert Light Ministries is to care for ministry leaders through pastoral counseling, mentoring, encouragement, etc., as well as to consult with/assist churches facing transitional times. Accomplishing this mission involves leadership development and teaching through seminars, retreats, and educational classes. The overall goal is to facilitate the health of ministry leaders which in turn helps develop healthy churches.
