MSEPS, AN AFFILIATE OF THE AMERICAN ACADEMY OF OPTHAMOLOGY, IS DEDICATED TO EDUCATING THE PUBLIC ABOUT EYE HEALTH CARE CONCERNS, ADVOCATING FOR OPTHAMOLOGISTS IN THE STATE OF MAINE LEGISLATURE AND BEFORE REGULATORY BODIES, AND AIDING OPTHAMOLOGISTS AND THEIR STAFF IN THEIR CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION AS WELL AS INTERACTING WITH THE THIRD PARTY PAYERS ABOUT REIMBURSEMENT AND COVERAGE ISSUES.

As an affiliate of the American Academy of Ophthalmology MSEPS is dedicated to educating the public about eye health care issues advocating for ophthalmologists before the Maine State Legislature and other regulatory bodies and providing ophthalmologists and their staff with high quality continuing medical education programs.
