James Sullivan of the UMass Amherst Police Department to provide testimony before the Joint Committee on Public Service in strong support of SB1895, HB2842, and SB1909. These critical bills would extend Heart Law protections to all POST-certified police officers, including campus police, who face the same risks, meet the same training standards, and serve with the same dedication as municipal officers.
