Where the art world is. Where the art world is. CAMO's mission is threefold: 1. To promote fusion/multidisciplinary art as a recognized contemporary art genre.Fusion art seeks a closer relationship with science as well as the seamless interdisciplinary integration of all artistic media - painting, sculpture, light, sound, robotics, video projection, photography, performance and the written word, allowing a genre of its own. 2. To use our gallery space FusionArts Museum to provide an exhibition venue for fusion artists, with a primary focus on NYC artists, and to make this art genre accessible to the local community through exhibits and installations. We are the only art space in NYC that is exclusively dedicated to exhibiting fusion art and NYC fusion artists. 3. To provide NYC fusion artists the opportunity to exhibit internationally through an international artist cultural exchange program. This program connects NYC artists with a network of arts festivals held in Canada, Europe and Asia providing them with exhibition opportunities they might not otherwise have access to. In turn we are helping to promote this genre and the emerging NY artists who create in it on an international level.
