It is our primary objective to assist in the advancement of higher education for Dallas County students through scholarship awards. Our Mission We believe that higher education is one of the most valuable gifts that one can receive measurably and positively impacting a childs confidence and future. It is therefore our mission to provide the opportunities and tools to further the education of qualified motivated individuals who might not otherwise have this opportunity.
