The Pendill Fund (PF), a public foundation, seeks to enhance the lives of disabled orphans and at risk children and youth in Russia through programs specifically designed to develop their spirit, mind and body. It fulfills this mission by direct involvement in the lives of these children, and through support of the best grass roots programs.
