Arc GLOW is a family and community-driven organization, comprised of highly trained and compassionate professionals, providing a lifetime of supports and growth opportunities for people with varying abilities. Arc GLOW is a chapter of The Arc New York. Arc GLOW, the recently merged agency of Arc Genesee Orleans and The Arc of Livingston-Wyoming, is a private, not-for-profit agency . We provide services to developmentally disabled individuals and their families in Upstate New York. Parents founded our agency in 1961, and families continue to be our driving force. The Arc enriches the lives of hundreds of community members each year. Our services range from birth to end-of-life, and they touch all aspects of work and home life. We empower and support people of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be independent, productive and dignified members of our community.
