THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES YOUTH AND ADULTS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR INSTRUCTION, TRAINING, RECREATION AND COMPETITION IN THE SPORT OF ROWING, EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING SECTION 501(C)3 OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THE ORGANIZATION'S LARGEST PROGRAM IS THE HIGH SCHOOL ROWING PROGRAM WHICH IS COMPOSED OF STUDENT-ATHLETES FROM THE TOWNS' OF WAYLAND AND WESTON.
