We began in 1993 as a grassroots initiative to bring stable, locally-based, high-quality primary health care to our community. In 1994, we partnered with the Kennebec Valley Regional Health Agency (now HealthReach Community Health Centers) to open the Rangeley Region Health Center (now Rangeley Family Medicine). Our health and wellness campus includes Ascent Physical Therapy, a Fitness Center, Community Health Services and Rangeley Family Medicine, our community medical center, which is operated by HealthReach Community Health Centers.

Fitness Center Personal Training Classes Affordable Gym Membership Stateoftheart fitness facility with the best view in town Starting at 40month RHW Health Services Our Programs Community Resources Wellness Woodswas born out of a vision to create a safe dynamic outdoor landscape for learning play in a space inspired by nature. As our existing playground adjacent to Rangeley Family Medicine was showing its age the timing was perfect to reinvent the space. Inspired by board member Beth Brunswick board Vice President Jim Higgins assembled a capable team and spearheads the project. Now just one year later Wellness Woods is providing hours of outdoor entertainment for our communitys children.
