Saath Youth
Saath Youth is a youth organisation with a goal to enrich our community and help the less fortunate Our mission is to support as many different charitable initiatives as possible and to allow young people the opportunity to volunteer their time to get involved in these charitable initiatives. We carried out a mental health workshop in October 2021 to educate the youth around topics surrounding mental health and a blood drive with Red Cross Lifeblood in May 2022 where volunteers donated blood. 50 donations were made and 150 lives were saved. We also carried out an outdoor yoga and sports session for the youth in December 2021. This was during the easing of COVID restrictions and was done to get people together and to assist in helping people get over COVID restrictions related mental stress.
