Minnesota Synchronettes The Minnesota SynchronettesMNS is a nonprofit US Synchronized SwimmingUSSS club. The club offers instruction in synchronized swimming to athletes in the Minneapolis West Metro area and provides a way for local synchronized swimmers of all ages to compete in the USSSI State Regional Zone and US Junior Olympics Championship Competitions. The club also provides training for high school synchro athletes during January and February. MNS is a club for those who like music swimming dancing having fun and team camaraderie as well as for athletes with a passion for synchro and a desire to excel in the sport.
