Advancing Equality | Promoting Justice | Building Community NCCJ is a human relations organization advancing equality, promoting justice and building community. Promoting inclusion and acceptance through advocacy and education. Centrally located in Middletown, Connecticut, NCCJ works with school districts, administrators, teachers, students, faith-based organizations, corporate and civic leaders to encourage dialogue, develop curriculum, convene inter-faith and race relations dialogues, and provide consulting on matters of prejudice and discrimination. Since 1927, NCCJ has served Connecticut, Western Massachusetts and beyond.
