The National Conference for Community and Justice is changing the world by opening one mind at a time. Identity NCCJ provides programs consulting and education for youth to adults on social justice issues related to social identity in order to reduce bias bullying oppression and discrimination. Meeting individuals at the intersectionality of nine core areas of identity ability age body size class gender race religion sex and sexual orientation. These constructs create the sense of who we are and how we move through the world.
