Michelle Johnson, who shared insights from her groundbreaking 36-year military career and post-service leadership in her keynote address at UNE’s 190th Commencement Ceremony. Johnson served as senior vice president and head of referee operations for the NBA, was the first woman to serve as superintendent of the U.S. Air Force Academy, and is the first woman from the Academy to be named a Rhodes Scholar. She received an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree from UNE. (fb)
