New Directions of Horry County Helping People Recover From Homelessness Poverty And Addiction When life takes and unexpected turn we stand ready to meet the needs of those in crisis. Our mission is to help people recover from the crises of homelessness poverty and addiction by providing basic needs connections to resources and community support. Tonight over 800 individuals will find themselves homeless in Horry County. But together we can change that.
