Save Shalimar A Legacy of Community Since 1961 LETS SAVE SHALIMAR On January 1 2025 the agreement protecting Shalimar Golf Course as a communitycentered golf course expired. The current owners have a sale agreement with a developer planning to replace it with highdensity housing raising concerns about overcrowding traffic noise and the loss of this historic site. Save Shalimar is a group of Tempe residents dedicated to preventing rezoning and preserving the golf course as a green space.
