Our next Faces of C+FS feature highlights Tracy Norton, High Fidelity Wraparound Supervisor! Tracy's journey with C+FS began ten years ago as a Foster Care Case Planner. After three years in that role, she transitioned into the Wraparound Program as a Care Coordinator, and in 2023, she was promoted to Supervisor. In her current role, Tracy supervises five Care Coordinators, providing guidance, leadership and support as they help families navigate complex needs. "I enjoy being able to see the growth in the staff I supervise and share in their excitement when their clients achieve their goals," Tracy shared. "My favorite part of the job is working with my team and striving to be our best." Over the years, Tracy has been part of countless meaningful moments, including adoptions, family reunifications and helping prevent disruptions in the home. She credits C+FS for fostering a culture of support and dedication. "Tracy is a shining example of dedication and compassion," said Santana Swan, Preventive Services and Wraparound Manager. "She is a tireless champion for her staff and the families she serves, inspiring hope and positivity in all she does." Tracy’s journey with C+FS continues to inspire those around her. (fb)
