More information at: https://www.sevendreams.org/ The Seven Dreams Education Foundation (SDEF) is dedicated to helping the learners of Robbinsdale Area Schools (RAS) succeed by funding innovative education initiatives that enhance individual skills and experiences. The “Seven" in our name represents the seven communities in the Robbinsdale Area School District: Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Crystal, Golden Valley, New Hope, Plymouth and Robbinsdale.

Grant applications are now open for 20252026 Handson Learning Grants Are you seeking some funding for a dream project in your classroom or program. Staff in Robbinsdale Area Schools are encouraged to submit an application for a Handson Learning Grant from Seven Dreams Education Foundation. Think outside the box and submit a grant request for up to 3000 to fund an innovative and handson learning opportunity for your students.

We are saying farewell (but NOT goodbye) to two of our amazing board members whose terms have wrapped up in June. We want to express our deepest gratitude for years of dedication and service to the Seven Dreams Education Foundation. Diane Dickmeyer served on the SDEF board for nine years, supported many committees, and co-chaired our annual Bird Bash gala multiple times.

We’re re-opening our search for the next Executive Director of the Seven Dreams Education Foundation—and we need your help. This a part-time hybrid position working out of our seven cities that make up the Robbinsdale Area Schools community. Our Executive Director is the key management and operation leader of SDEF, and we are looking for an experienced leader in community outreach, fundraising, and marketing.
