WestchesterRocklandGuardians Association Membership Registration Donate Our Mission Our mission is to promote dialogue fairness tolerance and understanding between law enforcement and the communities they serve. We strive to improve relationships between law enforcement and minority communities by providing services to enhance the health and safety of all communities in Westchester and Rockland Counties. By building partnerships with law enforcement agencies their minority members and the communities they serve we aim to bridge gaps promote careers in law enforcement for people of color and assist minority communities in all matters related to public safety and public service.
