The Concord Review is the only journal in the world to recognize and to publish exemplary history essays by high school students. The Concord Review, a quarterly history journal which publishes history essays written by HS students The Concord Review works to increase the amount and improve the quality of nonfiction reading and expository writing in history at the high school level through the incentives of publication in a unique academic quarterly journal and a national external assessment service (National Writing Board) which reads and rates academic papers and sends reports to college admissions officers at the request of the authors.
