OUR MISSION Our goal is to MAKE A DIFFERENCE in the lives of as many domestic animals as we can by providing funding for those animals whose medical needs are so extensive that they would have to be euthanized if financial funding was not possible. The goal of the Phoebe Foundation is best captured in the beautiful story of the starfishA small boy was running up and down the beach feverishly hurling starfish back into the water before they died.
