TO FOSTER, SUPPORT AND OR PROVIDE SAILING AND SEAMANSHIP EDUCATION FOR YOUTHS WITHIN THE BOOTHBAY REGION EITHER DIRECTLY, OR IN CONJUNCTION WITH VARIOUS RELATED ORGANIZATIONS. TO RAISE FUNDS THROUGH INDIVIDUAL, CORPORATE AND FOUNDATION CONTRIBUTIONS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS, FUNDING AND GRANTS NEEDED TO ESTABLISH, IMPROVE OR MAINTAIN PROGRAMS, PROJECTS, EQUIPMENT OR FACILITIES TO FOSTER YOUTH SAILING AND EDUCATION IN THE REGION.
