Our Programs We believe that people impacted by a disability should have the opportunity to be a part of a thriving community a place to belong a place to be accepted. Our programs focus on providing support and enrichment in 4 areas schools group homes community and churches. In the Schools We provide supportive services enrichment opportunities and community connections to students families and staff at local schools that have special needs programming.

It’s August, and that means it’s time to celebrate a new HUB Club Member of the Month — meet Caleb. Caleb joins us from his group home, proudly supported by MOKA. He’s known for his infectious enthusiasm, always ready with a big smile, a cheerful “hi,” and a high five for everyone he meets.
