Volunteer Services for Animals (VSA), founded in 1979, is an all-volunteer group funded solely by private donations, grants and bequests. Currently, we have approximately 4,000 supporters in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. Through donor's support, VSA is able to provide a wide range of services to pet owners and the community, such as spay/neuter assistance, feral/stray cat assistance, emergency veterinary assistance, animal shelter services (lost & found, adoption, foster care, humane education programs, and much more.
