YHHAP Lets get to work For New Haven Our Mission To serve our New Haven neighbors. The Yale Hunger and Homelessness Action Project YHHAPis a student organization using education and action to alleviate housing and food insecurity in New Haven. Notforprofit we use our direct service community involvement and advocacy efforts to address root causes and support immediate and longterm solutions for local food and housing deprivation. 10 active yhhap projects Our diverse project roster allows Yale students to become involved in community service through a wide variety of different experiences.

With the end of another semester comes another exciting period for YHHAP: Spring 2022 board elections. As of today, applications to join the YHHAP Board are officially open. All class years are encouraged to apply, regardless of previous YHHAP affiliation.
