THE GOAL IS TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES TO FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS SO THAT THEY MAY ATTAIN THE SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND RESOURCES THEY NEED TO BECOME SELF-RELIANT.
