Albuquerque Center for Hope & Recovery offers Peer Support,Job Development and education services for behavioral health community members. The number of consumer run organizations is few and far between. Albuquerque Drop in Center's Board of Directors is 2/3 consumers as required in our bylaws. Our mission is to provide a safe and positive environment in which people with mental illness and people with mental illness and a co occurring substance abuse, will experience a positive growth in recovery (leading to a more productive and healthier life).

ACHR Albuquerques first peerrun dropin center. Offering peer services to our community since 2001. Our Mission Our mission at ACHR is to support people who live with mental health or cooccurring mental health and substance use challenges. Through peer support in a safe environment ACHR aims to help people experience positive life growth by focusing on hope humor and personal responsibility.
