IARC Welcome The Illinois Agricultural Resource Council Inc. IARC is the 501c3 associated with Illinois AgriWomen. The mission of this nonprofit organization is to promote the development of educational materials programs and networking opportunities relevant to women in agriculture to provide programming to promote a better understanding of agriculture and the family farm system by consumers and to promote the expansion of research in the food and agricultural sector. Illinois AgriWomen Illinois AgriWomen is shining the light and cultivating women in agriculture in the State of Illinois through projects such as the Women Changing the Face of Agriculture Conference and the NEW Roots Festival.
