A provider of food assistance to residents of six towns North of Boston staffed by more than 100 local volunteers. We are a food pantry providing nutritionally balanced food to those in need within Hamilton, Wenham, Topsfield, Essex, Ipswich and Manchester-by-the-Sea ACORD WAS FOUNDED IN 1991 WITH THE MISSION OF EMPOWERING INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TO FEED THEMSELVES IN A NUTRITIONALLY BALANCED WAY. IT IS A NONDENOMINATIONAL, GREEN, GRASSROOTS ORGANIZATION STAFFED BY MORE THAN 100 VOLUNTEERS AND SUPPORTING ALMOST 4,000 CLIENT VISITS.

MISSION Acord was founded in 1991 with the mission of supporting our community by providing nourishing food in a welcoming and respectful environment to all of our neighbors in need. Weare a nondenominational green grassroots organization staffed by more than 120 volunteers and supporting over 7000 client visits each year. I am struggling to get back on my feet and support my child on my own.
