The Westchester Municipal Officials Association WMOA is a nonprofit organization of and for the 45 cities villages and towns in Westchester County. Since 1937 the WMOA has united local government officials in an active countywide network providing a forum for municipalities to address issues of mutual concern impacting local governments in the County.
