Crandell Theatre Support the Crandell Renovation In November 2024 the Crandell Theatre temporarily closed to begin its much anticipated renovation and restoration project. The theater will return to its original Spanish Renaissance splendor but the renovation will also bring several muchneeded improvements including new seating remodeled and expanded bathrooms a larger lobby and a new cafe and stateoftheart lighting projection and sound. Many historic features such as three dozen of the original 1926 balcony seats will also be refurbished and reinstalled as valuable pieces of living history. We are part way to our fundraising goal but we still need your help to make all of this happen.
