Kendal at Oberlin is a nonprofit life plan community that offers a wellness-focused, resident-led lifestyle for independent living. Kendal's Stephens Care Center also provides person-centered care for memory support, assisted living, and nursing care. KENDAL NORTHERN OHIO IS A NONPROFIT 501(C)(3) CORPORATION CURRENTLY SERVING KENDAL AT OBERLIN, KENDAL COMMUNITY OUTREACH OF NORTHERN OHIO, LLC (A DISREGARDED ENTITY OF KENDAL NORTHERN OHIO), AND THE COLLEGE VILLAGE APARTMENT COMPLEX THAT PROVIDES (CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O)AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO SENIORS AND FAMILIES IN THE OBERLIN AREA.
