The mission of the Minority Construction Council, Inc. is to create and support opportunities for ethnic minority construction firms in the State of Connecticut. The MCC also supports Stakeholders in their efforts to source with minority Construction contractors. To sustain this mission, our focus relies on the ability to advocate, develop and assist in building relationships between our members and owners, public, private, and regulators in the construction industry.

Our key focus is to increase the capacity of MBE contractors and build relationships between our MBE Members Corporate Members and partners in the public and private construction industries. What We Do MCCServices The MCC provides technical assistance development safety and health trainings capacity building workshops and advocacy for minority contractors.
