Max and Marion Caldwell Foundation If you went to summer camp as a kid you know what a big impact it had on your development. Camp is the first time away from home for many kids and while some may initially feel intimidated or homesick bonds between campers form quickly. With counselors providing the leadership and camp providing the fun theres simply no time to miss home when climbing the ropes course or riding horses for the first time.
