Founded in 2004, Innovative Solutions for Disadvantage & Disability is dedicated to improving health outcomes for vulnerable children. #MentalHealth ISDD was founded in 2004 to promote health equity among children living in social and economic disadvantage with or at risk for disability. Our mission is to create healthier outcomes for vulnerable children and families. Our vision is healthy, functioning families -> successful children. Our core values are to ensure families are at the center of all we do, embrace diversity, empower families and engage stakeholders. We accomplish our mission through Project GRANDD (Grandparents Raising And Nurturing Dependents with Disabilities) which provides supports to grandparents who are responsible for children with special needs.
