Horizon Outreach provides housing assistance, employment services, VA benefits assistance, fatherhood services, & more to military/non-military families. Horizon Outreach Gives Everyone A New Start!! We connect those in need to resources. Military and Non Horizon Outreach's mission is Giving Everyone A New Start. Horizon Outreach accomplishes this mission by providing mission driven programs that provide housing assistance, employment services, job certifications, fatherhood programs, programs for at-risk youth, career clothing and linkages to other non-profit and state agencies. Horizon Outreach provides services to military and non-military families. Since 2010, over 4,500 families have been served. This includes 2,000 veteran families.
