Chenango County Blues Society
For Blues Fans By Blues Fans! Members of the CBA volunteer their time all year long to bring internationally known blues artists to our part of the world. The Chenango Blues Association (C.B.A) is a nonprofit 501(C)3 organization whose mission is to foster an appreciation of uniquely American music forms including blues, jazz, zydeco and gospel. All the activities of CBA. are governed by a volunteer board. To present musical events in Chenango County. The focus is on Blues, Jazz, Bluegrass and other uniquely American music forms. The major event is a large summer music festival with other smaller performances as funds and audiences permit. The purpose of all activities is to foster an understanding and appreciation of a variety of musical forms with an emphasis on American music.
