Education Services Spotlight: Kiana Kiana’s Earn & Learn journey is truly inspiring! It’s amazing to see how she has grown in both confidence and passion for aviation. Once quiet and reserved, she became more engaged with her peers and actively participated in class, showing remarkable development in her interpersonal skills. Her worksite experience with Nathaniel MacDonald at the Aviation Museum was a game-changer, providing hands-on learning opportunities where she thrived. She even mastered the flight simulator on her first attempt—no small feat! Assisting in building a plane, touring aviation facilities, and observing the TSA tower gave her a well-rounded view of the industry and further fueled her ambition. It’s exciting to see Kiana already planning her future, aiming to continue her studies at the Manchester School of Technology and pursue a pilot’s license.
