(HSNHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing health care without regard to race, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion or immigration status. HSNHC addresses the physical and behavioral health needs of families and children living primarily in the Dorchester, Mattapan, and Roxbury neighborhoods of Boston, Massachusetts. HSNHC serves as a primary source for health education and partners with community organizations to ensure the health and well-being of the communities it serves.
