The mission of Literacy Volunteers of Wayne County (NY) is to change lives through literacy! We do this by providing opportunities for adults to learn, helping children succeed in school, and promoting reading and book ownership. Our programs include: Adult Tutoring:  Free one-to-one literacy, English language, and GED tutoring School-based programs in participating districts, and community book giveaways & literacy events.
