Our mission is to provide quality substance abuse and mental health treatment and prevention services to the greater South Boston community. The South Boston Collaborative Center is a community based DPH licensed outpatient substance abuse treatment program located in South Boston. THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE A RANGE OF COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITY-BASED SUBSTANCE ABUSE INTERVENTION, PREVENTION, AND TREATMENT SERVICES, FROM OUTREACH AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS TO INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP COUNSELING FOR THE YOUTH AND FAMILIES OF SOUTH BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS.

Over 25 years of service Making mental health care and substance use treatment more accessible through telehealth onsite individual and group therapy and case management services. I always think of the Collaborative Center when I need help. Creating positive change in our communities 25 Years Serving THE communitY 10k clients served October 6 2022 Its been a privilege to work with those in the recovery community because every day I am continually in awe and energized by peoples resilience and what the human spirit and body is able to overcome.
