This month we are putting the spotlight on Evans Adrian our Director of Business Operations, read a little bit about Evans and learn why he's such an essential member to our team. Evans joined The Arc Madison Cortland in September 2024 and just hit six months as our Director of Business Operations. Evans brings a seriously unique background to the team; his past roles include co-founding a creative ad agency in California and leading luxury assisted living communities in Colorado and California as a COO.
