GROW strives to aid at-risk mothers and families on welfare by providing opportunities to have access to higher education degrees and affordable childcare. GROW offers a holistic approach that encompasses counseling, advocacy, teaching, research, and therapeutic support for both child and mother in order for families to break the cycle of and the dependency on welfare.
