Vermont Council of Teachers of Mathematics - Home Welcome to VCTM. The Official Website of the Vermont Council of Teachers of Mathematics VCTM is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Our Mission Who We Are The Board of VCTM is a passionate group of K12 university mathematics educators as well as industry leaders that wish to honor the mission of VCTM while also playing a central role in providing a wealth of opportunity for both teachers and students of mathematics to learn and grow outside of the classroom. We are a 501c3 educational nonprofit with affiliations to NCTM NCSM and ATMNE as well as close collaboration with the Vermont Agency of Education.
