kauai search rescue If you believe a family member or loved one is lost or missing please call 911 Kauai Search and Rescue KSAR is a volunteer organization dedicated to Search and Rescue training and education. We respond to mission call outs when requested by other agencies such as the Kauai Police Department Fire Department or DLNR. Our services are always 100 free of charge.
