JUNE at 10AM - DEATH CAFE A Death Cafe is a group-guided open conversation about death (with sweets!). There is no agenda, objectives, or themes. A facilitator is present to keep the conversation going (rarely necessary), answer questions, and correct misinformation. It is a discussion group rather than grief support or counseling. The goal is 'to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives'. Refreshments Will Be Served! This is a Partnership Event! JUNE 2 at 3:30PM - ANIMAL ADAPTATIONS Join Center for Wildlife and their live, non-releasable raptor, reptile and mammal ambassadors for this special program! Native wildlife have amazing adaptations they use to survive extreme cold, heat, wind and other elements. We will examine the special tools for surviving the New England seasons such as an owl’s feathered talons or hibernation and migration.
