Active4Youth Our Mission To provide elementary students across Greater Spokane County the opportunity to thrive in their physical social mental and emotional health through a free afterschool cross country program. To give children a sense of community and chance to be part of something bigger than themselves. Running Program Running is great stepping stone all sports. Our program is free and available to all elementary aged children attending school in Spokane Public Schools Central Valley School District and West Valley School District.
