Community Health Programs (CHP) provides services that improve the health and well-being of residents of the Berkshires and adjacent communities in New York and Connecticut. CHP continually monitors and responds to the needs of people of all ages, including the vulnerable and underserved populations, by providing and coordinating services for primary health care, mental health, dental care, health education and family support. It serves its clients in a caring and culturally sensitive manner regardless of their ability to pay. It strives to operate with fiscal prudence, working collaboratively with other providers to avoid unnecessary duplication of services.
